Joel Eggart took over the reins at Aqua Logic, Inc. as President January 2023. Joel is a long-time family friend of Douglas and the two were once college roommates.  Their paths separated after college with the two focusing on different industry sectors. Joel’s has been in the HVACR industry for over 35 years.  He joined Danfoss, a global leader in HVACR products, in 1992 as an application engineer and spent the next 30 years honing his skills in sales, sales leadership and executive management.  His background, enthusiasm and industry knowledge will help guide Aqua Logic in the coming years as we look to expand our business into new markets.

Joel is an outdoorsman at heart. He loves to work in his vegetable garden and has a passion for fishing and adventure motorcycle riding.
