Description

Our Multi-temp Chiller range includes water-cooled options designed for a wide range of commercial duty applications. With a broad range of capacities available, 2 → 25 tons, they utilize custom heat exchanger barrels with a robust titanium helical coil for maximum heat transfer efficiency. The use of a water-cooled condenser offers low heat emission, compact size, and quiet operation, allowing it to be used in tight spaces with minimal ventilation.

Typical applications include process cooling, cold plunge, animal hydrotherapy, living exhibits, research, lobster and seafood holding tanks, hydroponics, aquariums, aquaculture, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and more.

  • Water-cooled condenser with efficient scroll compressor (s)
  • In-line PVC tube in shell with titanium heat exchanger coil (s)
  • Electronic temperature controller, NEMA 4X
  • Voltage and Phase monitor for system protection
  • Short-cycle timer for system protection
  • 304 Stainless Steel rack (316 stainless steel is optional)
  • Temperature range down to 40°F water
  • Built-in water flow switch
  • Black ABS cover

System Requirements:

  • An external water supply is required for condenser cooling. This could be a facility chilled water loop, municipal water supply, cooling tower, well, or spring water.
  • An external pump is required to move water through the heat exchanger. Pumps are not included.

Additional Options:

  • Marine Duty Chiller includes titanium evaporator and condenser ideal for sea water supplied cooling applications. See Resource page for more detail on Marine Duty Specifications.
  • Heat Pump option for applications where heating is required
